Thank you for choosing ReachCure, a division of Alactic, Inc. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

Important: Once your order has been accepted and our team begins working on your website, refunds will not be issued. Please ensure all details are correct before submitting your onboarding form.

1. No Refunds After Order Acceptance

Due to the nature of our service — custom website design and development — refunds are not available once your order has been accepted and work has commenced. This includes situations where:

  • Your onboarding form has been submitted and our team has begun the design process
  • You have received a progress update or preview of your website
  • Your website has been delivered (partially or fully)
  • You change your mind after the project has started

Once we accept your order, our team immediately allocates resources, begins research on your industry, and starts the design and development process. This work cannot be reversed or reassigned.

2. When a Refund May Be Issued

We may issue a refund in the following limited circumstances:

  • Before order acceptance: If you request a cancellation before we have accepted your order and begun any work, a full refund will be issued.
  • Service failure on our part: If we are unable to deliver your website within a reasonable timeframe due to our own inability, you will receive a full refund.
  • Duplicate payment: If you were accidentally charged more than once, the duplicate charge will be refunded immediately.

3. Order Acceptance Timeline

After you complete your payment and submit the onboarding form:

  • Your order is reviewed by our team (typically within a few hours)
  • Once accepted, you will receive a confirmation email with your Website ID
  • Work begins immediately upon acceptance — this is the point after which refunds are no longer available

4. Revisions vs. Refunds

If you are unsatisfied with the delivered website, we strongly encourage you to request revisions before considering a refund request. Our revision policy includes:

  • Minor revisions (text, colors, layout adjustments) at no extra cost within 7 days of delivery
  • We are committed to working with you until you are satisfied with the final result
  • Revision requests can be submitted through our Support Center

5. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank or credit card company after your order has been accepted and work has been delivered constitutes a breach of these terms. We reserve the right to:

  • Dispute any unauthorized chargeback with evidence of service delivery
  • Suspend or terminate your website if a chargeback is filed after delivery
  • Pursue collection of any outstanding amounts

6. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund under the circumstances described above, contact us as soon as possible:

Please include your name, email address, Website ID (if applicable), and the reason for your refund request. We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to your order.
