These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services provided by ReachCure, a division of Alactic, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). By placing an order or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services
ReachCure provides custom website design and development services for service-based businesses. Our standard package includes:
- Up to 8 custom-designed web pages
- Mobile-responsive design
- Local SEO optimization
- SSL certificate setup
- Lead capture form integration
- 48-hour delivery timeline (after onboarding form submission)
2. Orders & Payment
- All orders are placed at the listed flat-rate price of $499 (one-time payment).
- Payment is processed securely through Stripe.
- Your order is confirmed once payment is received and you have submitted the onboarding form.
- The 48-hour delivery timeline begins after we receive both payment and a completed onboarding form with all required details.
3. Client Responsibilities
To ensure timely delivery, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete business information through the onboarding form
- Supply any requested content, images, or logos in a timely manner
- Respond to review requests and feedback prompts within a reasonable timeframe
- Ensure all content you provide does not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights
4. Delivery & Revisions
- We aim to deliver your website within 48 hours of receiving your completed onboarding form and payment.
- Delivery timelines may vary based on complexity or incomplete submissions.
- Minor revisions (text changes, color adjustments) are included at no additional cost within the first 7 days after delivery.
- Major structural redesigns or additional pages beyond the original scope may incur additional charges.
5. Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, you receive full ownership of the final website files and content created for your project.
- We retain the right to showcase your website in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
- Any third-party assets (stock images, fonts, icons) are licensed under their respective terms.
6. Domain & Hosting
- Domain registration and hosting setup are included in the service package.
- We will set up your website on a reliable hosting provider. Details will be provided upon delivery.
- Ongoing hosting renewal fees (if applicable) are the client's responsibility after the initial period.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- ReachCure shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.
- We are not responsible for losses resulting from website downtime, hosting provider issues, or third-party service interruptions.
8. Termination
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service to anyone for any reason.
- If we are unable to deliver the project, you will receive a full refund.
- Abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward our team will result in immediate termination of service.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
